Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Firstly, I would suggest that you remove all of your details from the first post, to avoid the temptation for spammer or internet bots to torture you with spam emails. 

 

As this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate this for you. Since the payments system is automated, the email address inbox you have replied to is probably not monitored.
