I just subscriped for the student discount with premium but they charged me the full $10 HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK, I am very frustrated and need to talk to a real person

Have you tried signing up to the student discount on https://spotify.com/student?
It's very unlikely that they would charge you $10 when you sign up on https://spotify.com/student. Have you received a receipt from Spotify via Email?
If the payment had already gone through when you verified yourself as a Student, you should be charged $4.99 at the next payment date. You can double check that here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Need an answer to this as well. Not through e-mail but an actual phone number that my bank can contact.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
I need to TALK to a real live customer service agent on the telephone. I need to change my credit card number, expireation date and security code.
