Just started getting multiple "new login to spotify" emails

Just started getting multiple "new login to spotify" emails

We have a family plan and one of the members, not the plan owner, just started getting multiple emails like this per day.  We have done a forced logout of all devices.  Our passwords are very strong.  What does this mean and how do we stop it?  thanks

Thanks for reaching out here! 

 

This could mean that someone has accessed that family member's account. In this case what could help would be to follow the steps given in this article in the exact order they're listed there.

 

After they've followed the advice given there, they can also make sure their account is safe for the future by applying these measures.
