Keeps asking to log on premium account which i already have

Hi! Recently I bought a new phone and moved my apps from one phone to the other and when I logged in on spotify it keeps asking to upgrade on a premium account which I already have. It also did not logged the songs I previously had on the other phone.

Changing your phone shouldn't affect your Spotify account.

 

Since you mention that you use the same username as you have here, then I'd suggest you to follow the steps here to access your Premium.

 

Just make sure that you're typing your username (not your email address) in the username field and password to access your Premium.

 

In case you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

It's possible you're logged into another account. You can check the username of your Premium account on the email receipt from Spotify (if you signed up for Premium through Spotify). If you're seeing an alpha numeric characters/a set of numbers for the username, you need to log in with your Facebook credentials.

I did logging in with my facebook account and nothing.

Have you checked your Spotify receipt and found the username? Is it composed of all numbers? or a combination of letters and numbers?

 

Also, are you receiving any error message when you're trying to log in?

 

 

 

My username is the same username which i used here. Im not receiving any error messages. I pay my account through paypal. I uninstalled the app and installed it again and logged in and it did not retrieved the songs nor the premium account because it still asking to me if i want to upgrade to premium. I dont know if this will be usefull information but i upgraded from a galaxy s4 to a galaxy s7.
