Can’t log into my account

I was listening to music a couple of hours ago it was working completely fine, tried listening to music on it a couple of minutes ago and I’ve been logged out of my account and my email address and password doesn’t match up even though I have only ever changed the password and I made a note of it, I have used this account for years there’s a lot of songs and it means a lot to me that I get my account back please help me I’m desperate

Troquei de celular e não consigo recuperar minha conta no Spotify, e não chega nada no meu e-mail quando tenho recuperar a conta. Nela eu tinha feito o plano de 3 meses recentemente. O que faço?

I'm very sorry to hear that you've lost access to your account, I understand how confusing it might be. Please check How do I reset my password? to find some options. Also, keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. If you're not able to log into your account with your email, try logging in with these.

If none of these work, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here). They can assist further so that you can log in again.

I have a new phone number and phone but can't switch old account over to it because I can't retrieve the password from the old number to renew my account on new phone
