Language of the account (web)

I live in Switzerland and my account language is defaulted to German. I want to change it because I don't speak German! And by the way, Italian is an official language here too, so I would at least appreciate to have that option. Another insight for you all: 33% of Swiss residents are not from Switzerland, so this is such a big deal. Why not just have the option to have the account in English regardless of region? Why you assume region and language are the same thing? Big, big thumbs down.
