My Question or Issue

 My account (Premium Family plan; Country Hong Kong; Windows 7) settings are for English but my invitations to family members to join family subscription are sent in Chinese characters and unreadable

Hey @Jeremy88,

 

The language of the emails that Spotify sends is based on your account’s country. They’re unable to manually change this at the moment.
