Last night i deleted my spotify on facebook! lost premium and playlist!

(Please excuse me for my bad english, it's not my mother language).

So, last night i deleted spotify from my facebook account and now i can't get access to my spotify-facebook account anymore. Only through my normal mail account. And when i logged in on my mail account it occurred to me that all my playlists and my premium account was deleted.

I have already tried to look for my old playlists without success!

My question to you:
Can you/I restore my premium account, my playlists or both?

I searched the forum to find an answer without any luck. Please help me!
