I recently got a new computer at work. I am trying to redownload the program. I cannot remember my password. According to my computer at home my user name is Username: 1224167805 I tried signing in using that and also katjane which shows up in the corner at home. I tried several passwords that I thought it could be, but nothing works. I tried to use the reset password and got the following message:

It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to etc etc

I do not wish to change my FB password. I also tried to log in using FB, but since it is blocked here at work nothing happens. Is there any other way to get my log in info?

PS I registered under a different email to be able to post to this board, but I want my old account back with all the playlists and stuff.

@katjane - Did you try entering "katjane" on the password reset page rather than your email address and see if you can get a password reset that way?
