Legal issues using in MRI setting

Hi all,

Apologies if I have posted in the wrong forum and thank you in advance for anyone's help.

I was hoping to use Spotify to provide patient music during their MRI scan at a Public non-profit hospital. For people who haven't had MRI scans before, it usually takes 20 mins ~ 1 hour in a tunnel. However, we can provide patient with music and currently we are doing so with very limited CD collection.

Just reading on the Terms and Condition, and seems that I am not allow to "Broadcast" etc .... just would like someone's thought on this.

IMHO, I don't think it's possible, since Spotify accounts are for 'personal, non-commercial' use only.
