Got email from Beep audio which i bought to use spotify. It doesnt work without premium. I told them and they sent email about the .99 cent 3 month offer. Not until after i have purchased the spotify site transaction page says im being charger 10x that. 9.99 plus tax .

9.99 is the regular price for 1 month of Spotify. The 0.99/3 deal is only for new customers who never had premium/trial before.

For existing customers, there is another promo (3 for 1).

If you are a new customer, then you should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
