Link my acount to facebook

Hello,

I created today a new account and I bought Spotify premium on it.

When I created my account, i wanted to do it using facebook but it wouldn't work so I created an acount without linking it to my facebook (I used another email adress that I have).

But now I'd like to link that acount (which was created with one email adress) to my facebook (which has a different adress to connect on it).

Is there a way to do it ?

If you're using the desktop software, you can go into edit > preferences, and scroll down to social network. You should be able to connect to Facebook from there.

I found the button Connexion to Facebook but I can't mahe it work.

When I click on it, it opens a webpage with that adress https://login.spotify.com/status/success?#access_token=CAAAAKL...etc

but the page stays white with an "Ok" written on it.

But when I go back on spotify, there's a pop-up all white with nothing in it, just like if it has crashed. And still not connected to facebook !

Do you know how to solve this ?

Yep as long as that facebook account is not linked to any other spotify account, just go into preferences of the desktop app under EDIT. Since this spotify account has not been linked to facebook yet, there should be an option to click on to link this spotify account to facebook and a couple of boxes to enter username and password to connect to facebook plus an option to tick to share my activity and what I listened to on facebook. When you do this your browser should also launch and you might have to sign into facebook there as well to add the spotify app to your facebook page apps section of your account and to set posting permissions and who can see what this app posts.
