Linking PlayStation accounts

So I linked my psn to my Spotify but then made a new psn and it won't let me link to the new account. I have gone onto Spotify and revoked access to psn a couple of times but it won't work. PlayStation tells me there is nothing they can do and I really want to link Spotify to my new account. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Spotify Community ! Have you tried to 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' from your profile page?

To be sure only you have access to your account, you can always change your password on the password reset page.

I did try that, to no avail. I think the problem is that the accounts are linked, rather than that I might be signed in somewhere else.

Ah okay,

I'd get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link (you won't have to login with this link) to send an e-mail and they'll be able to look into it for you.

If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail address) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Spotify should reply within 24 hours.
