Linking Spotify with Amazon Echo Dot

I just set up my Echo Dot. I have followed the instructions listed on the Internet to link my Spotify account with the Echo Dot. But in the Alexa app, under settings, Spotify wasn’t even listed as an option for me to set it as the default music music service. Only Amazon Music, TuneIn and SiriusXM were listed as options. How do I link my Spotify account with the Amazon Echo Dot?
