Linking current Premium account w/ NY Times digital subscription

I want to link my NY Times digital subscription to my Spotify premium account to take advantage of the partnership offer. 

However, the email that's associated with my NY Times acct is different than the one associated with my current Spotify Premium acct. 

1. How do I link accounts to take advantage of free offer? (do i need to make a new account using NY Times email and everything will be automatic?)

2. Will I lose playlists if I switch emails?

Hey @marktex,

Are you already subscribed to the NY Times? Looks like you need to be a new subscriber with them to take the offer. According the the FAQ:

'This offer is available for a limited time to US residents who are not current subscribers to The New York Times or Spotify Premium. Customers with a current subscription to The New York Times or a current subscription to Spotify Premium are not eligible for this offer. Customers who are in a trial for either The New York Times or Spotify Premium are not eligible until the trial expires.

Customers with a New York Times account or a Spotify account who are not current subscribers are eligible and may use their existing account to sign up.

This limited time offer only applies to New York Times digital subscriptions and is not available to home delivery customers.'
