Local File Songs I Removed are Still Visible

So I used the local files to MP3 thing to add songs to my playlist. Worked, but my laptop had a freakout and I reinstalled everything. Now on my phone the songs I added are marked in grey and are unplayable. They shouldn't even exist anymore because the songs have been removed on my PC and I changed the directories in the settings menu. It's annoying seeing unplayable songs everywhere when they shouldn't even exist. I tried moving everything to a new playlist but they reappeared.
