Log In issue

HI,

I am getting the "email or username isnt linked to spotify account" then when I go to register I get the message "this address is already linked to an existing account, to continue, log in".

I have tried resetting password, same issue, I cant add pictures here as it wont let me log in. 

I have tried on laptop, on iPhone, but no joy, nothing online is helping, and every bit of help suggested says to log in annoyingly! 

I know I have the correct username and password, as I have a password manager and have logged in many times previously.

Please help.

I have had to create a new log in to make this post now also!

Hi @Bodsuk,

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Did you always log in with your email and password, or have you ever used an alternative way to log in, such as Facebook? If you have any other accounts linked to your Spotify could you try to use them and see if that gets you further?
