Log-in across devices problem.

My main account has my email. I changed the name of the email, and now i can't log in. I'm trying to log in on another device. I can't remember the password, so when i try to reset it, i can't. When i use the current name of my email it says that "the email isn't connected to any account", but when i type in the old name, it sais that it's "sent". The problem is that spotify thinks it's another email account and i cannot log in.
