I was recently charges $50 plus for my subscription by my bank for a 10.40 charge and my bank retracted the funds. Spotify told me i needed to update my payment info but disabled my account. Now my i cant log in and my user and email arent recognized or accepted. How do i get back into my account to pay and listen to my music

If you're getting the Account is Disabled message when you try to login into your Spotify Account you'll need to contact the Spotify Payment Team.

 

Spotify is not responsible for any transaction between you and third-party providers of products. This is outlined in Spotifys terms and conditionsPlease contact their Payments Team if you need any help.

How do i contact the payment team??
