Log in failed

I have my email and my username,  but I go to reset my password and I know what I reset it too and it won't let me into my account. No matter how many times I reset it won't let me in.

Let's try completely deleting the current application, and reinstall the latest official Spotify version. You can find it through this link.

You should be able to log in once the app is up to date.

Same issue

Before re-install,

Correct credentials entered

Logs in for 0.5 of a second as usual

Then it reverts to the new user opening screen

Incorrect credentials

"Wrong username/password"

After re-install + restart

Correct credentials entered

Log in button swaps to "logging in" and then reverts

Incorrect credentials entered

"Wrong username/password"

have the same problem on Spotify android. I believe I've entered the correct username and password but it kept rejecting it.

Hey folks!

When reinstalling spotify, try connecting your mobile devices to a desktop via USB and delete any Spotify folders from the old installation.

Once the phone is clear of any old Spotify files, install the latest official app using the link above.

That should allow you to use Spotify again on Android.
