My Question or Issue

I have log out on my mobile and I was at the time in a offline mode and now when I try to log in it say that I need to go online to log in???? How can I go online when I don´t get in!!!!

Hi @ahlsi, 

If you are sure that you have Internet connection on your mobile while trying to log in and it still doesn't work I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstallation.
Just make sure to follow the steps provided in this article.
