Log in or token issue

I sent an invite to my daughter into the family plan but she is not able to log in. I tried the Token and same issue, can someone help?

Are you living at the same adress?

Yes she does

She needs a Spotify Account to use Spotify Family. Does she have one?

She had it download before with the free version app.
