So, I have my spotify account logged in on a PS4 that no longer belongs to me. On multiple occassions i've signed all accounts out when the PS4 was playing music as well as offline. I also have changed my account password severally. It for some reason only logs out my Macbook app and the account on my phone. I need some help on how to remove my account from that console as its becoming frustrating.

I would try doing two things: 

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right and choose log off. More information about that over here!
2. Alternatively head over to this website and revoke access to the PlayStation.
