Logged-out and cannot login again

Logged-out and cannot login again

Hello,

my daughter is part of our Spotify-Premium Family group. I added her some month ago. Recently she was logged-out by her player. She lost all informations about her account - especially she doesn't know anymore which email address she used to join our family group.

How can she log-in again? How can I (the abo manager) find out what email address she used and help her coming into our family group again?

Due to privacy and security reasons, plan managers cannot access any details of the member accounts. You can send her this FAQ article to help her locate the account.

I contacted the support and they helped me solving the problem.
