My Question or Issue

One day I tried to log into my Spotify account which was on a family plan, and could not even when I entered the email and password I thought it had. This is utterly stupid. I have the email I’m pretty sure is linked to the account, and when I try log into google it doesn’t work and when I try to reset my password it says the email isn’t linked to an account. I’m able to access the account which the family plan is under if that helps. I’ve had this account for nearly 10 years and it’s just done this now.

I’m sorry to hear that. Can you try following some troubleshooting steps provided on this support page? Please follow the steps using a different browser or private window. If that doesn’t work, you may get in touch with Customer Support.
