Logging in

Solved!

Logging in

So i just downloaded and installed spotify because i couldnt get the music i wanted on amazon music. I have made multiple accounts, and it verifies and i click sign up, and then it just buffers. I go to sign up again, and it says that email is already taken, so i think 'okay i must be signed up, so therefore i can log in' right? Wrong. I go to log in, and i put in my information and click log in, and it just buffers. Once i let it buffer for almost 5 minutes. Am i doing something wrong or is it the app? I have an android.

Hey @Кэтрин,

It's better to create your account through the website.

I suggest creating it with an email address (not the one used for Facebook, if possible), since you'll be able to pick a Spotify username / password. Using Facebook will not let you do that, and that sometimes causes problems.

Once created, be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account in your device.
