Login Error

I have had a serious problem that has persisted for two weeks now. When I try to log in, a number of things may happen: I get a login error saying I have the wrong username and password and I cannot get in, I try to log in and am immediately kicked off without any popup, or I am able to access my account for a little while and am eventually kicked off. I am paying for premium so this is very problematic that I have no access at all at most times. I am completely unable to log in through my computer and my mobile device is only able to log in at random times. I have tried logging into my account through the spotify website and am told I do not yet have a Spotify account connected through my facebook. Can I please get some help?

The issues started when I deactivated my facebook account at one point, but reactivated it within a few hours. I am still being charged by spotify and my account overview says I am a premium member. Any idea why I still cannot access it?
