Login Problem

Hallo, ich weiß langsam nicht mehr weiter. Ich habe ein Spotify Konto mit Premium (nicht dieses hier) jetzt muss ich mich da wegen Handy zurücksetzen neu Anmelden. Spotify sendet einen Code an eine Yahoo Mail adresse. Yahoo sendet eine Mail für Bestätigung an ein T-Online Konto. Auf dieses T-Online Konto habe ich aber keinen Zugriff mehr und die Telekom hilft nicht da es ein free Konto ist. Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich aus dieser Spirale wieder rauskomme ?
