Login Problems

I created 2 Spotify accounts but I only use one, I logged out of it on my phone and now my password isn't working. I've tried to reset the password but that only changes the password for the account I don't use. Now I am worried that I won't be able to log back in to cancel my subscription to premium after it runs out, as I purchased it during the summer sale and am not interested in paying $10 a month for the service. I'm looking for any advice on how to get back into my account, I know the username and my old password, but it doesn't work and the reset password option isn't helping because when I enter my username I don't receive any messages with the option to change my password. If anybody can help me I'd really appreciate it.

Hey @Maysun,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts. In there, you can cancel.

 

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
