Paying for service but can't log in.

Paying for service but can't log in.

I can not find a number or direct contact to Spotify to get assistance with logging in to my account. Yes I have an active account that I'm paying for every month. Please Help!!!

Hey @Eharvey,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. If needed, you could ask for a password reset. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
