Login error code 8 and 50

My Issue

Login error on the desktop app only at work with following message :

'A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally you could try changing the currently used proxy settings (Error code: XX)'.

 I have an error code 8 when I try to login only with facebook. And then I have an error code 50 since the moment when I try to login with my username/password.

We have a proxy that I have already defined in the settings and I have already try to reinstall the app.

Any ideas ? Thank you !!

Spotify requires unrestricted internet access. We recommend getting in touch with your system admin to ensure that Spotify is allowed full internet access.

Do you guys even read what you write? Unrestircted Inet access for a music software. Are you all nuts? Since month you are bugging is with not using standard ports so that spotify is not able to work in most company settings. But yes, we talk to the IT guys and as for full access for spotify, of course. In 2018, where security issues are of no relevance.

I don't get it. Why is it so hard. This problems pops up more than enough. Why can't you just fix it by using proper standard ports? And please, don't answer with: "Use the web player instead" ...

I am so annoyed as a customer who uses spority since it started in my country.

PLEASE, please do something. It is not that hard to do, i am a software developer myself, i have a clue about that.
