Login failed

I got a new phone and can't log into the app. It gives me and error message saying I already have an account under that email. Well duh I know and I'm trying to log in and it won't let me. And I did make sure I was in the log in screen and not the subscribe screen. I did trying changing my password that didn't work either. Please help I've never had this issue before.

Could you try resetting your password on our website here.

 

When logging into the Spotify app, make sure you enter your username in the 'username' field instead of your email address and see how you get on.

It gave me an error when I did the username.
