I paid for spotify premium and they didnt activate my account, I want my money back or my account to be premium.

How can I doi that?

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Well it doesn't sount quite right but its the truth and yes I've tried to reinstall the program and still doesn't put me in premium.

I paid for the 0.99$ promotion here in Spain (I don't know if this promotion is in other countries). I know it's less than 1$ but I still paid for something I did not recive.
