Login problems

Hi

I am in a loop of trying to login to spotify and it preventing me.

I created a login for my mobile  I think using my facebook account, not sure. I cannot find out now what my username is or was and it does not show under the user profile information, very frustrating.

I am trying to add the app to my Apple mac laptop but it will not let me login. I cannot ask for a password reset as I dont know my username. It suggests that I logged in previously via Facebook and to change that password - I dont want to change my facebook password just to be able to get in to Spotify.

I cannot create a support form unless I am logged in - stuck.

I cannot delete the app and start again as Spotify has registered my email address with my facebook account and so will not let me use it.

I simply want to create a dedicated login that has nothing to do with Facebook (and the security issues with making information accessible to Spotify) and to upgrade to Premium.

Is there some way of deleting all the logins assocuated with an email address and starting from scratch?

Even more frustrations...

I now cannot install the app on the desktop. It refuses to allow me to logjin via facebook and simply repeats the loop, unable to let me in. Keeps on sending me back to the option of changing password but I cannot withjout knowing my login name etc. 

There must be a simple way of just deleting the lot and starting again.
