Password problem

Hello everyone! When I try to change the password of my Spotify account it says to me this message in a red form "Si è verificato un problema durante l'impostazione della tua password", that is translate like "A problem is occurred in the setting of the password". How can I resolve? Thank you!

You should try generating an app password.

If you are signed-up with Facebook, than you have to reset password through Facebook instead. 

If you are not signed-up with Facebook, but instead connected your Facebook with your account, then I'd suggest to try a different browser first. If that doesn't help then reach out to the folks at Spotify through the contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter.
