Thanks for getting in touch about this. Apologies for the delayed reply, we just came across this thread. 

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on specific one? Also, are you getting the exact same message as the OP?

On another note, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

If the issue persists, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your devices would come in handy.
