Login with Facebook issue

Hi, I had a spotify account a while ago and when I tried to revive it, I could no longer login. When I try resetting my password, spotify suggests I should change the password in Facebook. When I try to login with facebook, it says I do not have a spotify account connected to facebook. What's going on here? Please  see the attached screenshots.

please try to login with your username only instead of your username@email.com and see if that works!

The E-Mail I got from spotify in 2012 suggests my username is my email. Is it possible to have the account deleted or so? It can't be that hard to gain access to my account.... -.-

If you tried to log in just the way I told you with no success, then I suggest you get in contact with Spotify through their contact form...

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
