Signed up for 3 months free, used for a week then started using Apple Music for three month free trial. Decided I like Spotify better. Want to start paying for service but every time I try to register it says " email account already registered. I'm stuck in a loop hole!

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

When I use my username is says "You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days".

I had a service called Unblockus I used for my Netflix that I no longer use. Made my Netflix American. I don't know. I just know I can't login for free or to pay.
