Logining in through mac password problems

Hi

I am signed up through facebook. I can login to the website but not at all onto the spotify on my computer. I've tried resetting my Facebook password but it doesn't make any difference.

I'm using my facebook login details to log on, I assume this is correct and not the number that is apparently my 'user name'

Hi gunho- You're right, you should be logging in with just your Facebook email/ password. No need to use those digits assigned to your account. 

Could you let me know what error messages/ codes you're receiving? Your account is healthy on our end so logging in shouldn't be a problem.
