Logout all active devices + reset offline devices not working.

Hey,

I've been trying to get my spotify logged out on all devices for the past week.

Posted in the thread a dozen times plus changed my password everytime, also got my offline devices reset.

But still it's nor logging out any of my devices, still getting the your account is used somewhere else message.

I really want my ex to stop using my spotify account, but it doesn't seem to work.

Could someone look into this for me?

Wondering do you have multiple accounts going on here, do you normally log in using a Spotify username or Facebook?

Nope, just one account: BramHD.

Both actually, changed both my facebook and spotify passwords but that didn't work either.

That's very strange. I can see that the resets have been done on our end. Are you still seeing the message that your account is being used somewhere else?

Wondering does a logout work on all platforms?
I remember a while back seeing a similar issue to this where the web player wasn't logged out.

@Peter__ -- should do, yep. Every platform (OS X, Windows, iOS, web player, etc.) shows up as a different "logged in" icon at our end, so when we disconnect them it should disconnect all.
