Loosing all online content over and over again

Loosing all online content over and over again

Hi.

Recently all my offline context keeps disappearing, it's really frustrating now.
I read on here it might be my SD CARD. So I went and bought a brand new one two days ago. Now it's happening again!
Basically not getting what I'm paying for? Please help. I've been with spotify for a very long time but if this keeps happening will have to move to another provider.

Thanks

Mark

Hey @mark_wato,

You should keep an eye on the 'Offline devices' listed in your account settings. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see and let me know how it goes. 🙂

Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me, I also tweeted spotify and was helped through that too. Basically they said ( on twitter) my online cache had somehow become corrupt and re-set this. Then I reinstalled the app. After doing this I also found 2 registered online devices, of which I think may have been the same device. So I reset these too. Fingers crossed the next time I'm on commute to work my content is safe. Thank you for your help.

Well, it happened again the next day. Contacted spotify and they said my cache has corrupted again. Had to download all my songs again, I just know it will happen again. So very frustrating

The same is hapening to me. I have most all my song like 6 times y two months and it is not my sd card neither my cellphone. I dont know what to do. Maybe the solution is going to other company

Hey @Fbeljansky,

Have you tried keeping an eye on the 'Offline devices' listed in your account settings. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see, and that may solve it.

Hope it helps. 🙂
