My Question or Issue

I lost access to my email and I don't remember my Spotify password to change it, I have it logged in since when I created the account, but if I log out I can't log in again

Thanks for reaching out. If you have implemented any alternative login methods - Facebook, Google, Apple - you can still log in with those and change the email address. If this isn't possible, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner. If you're a Family member, you can request this info from the owner of the plan.
