Lost Every Playlist

I tried using Spotify on my Phone and it asked me for my email. I put in a different email and somehow that linked that email to my facebook. The problem is that I already had another email connected to facebook. Now when I try to log in on my computer all of my playlists are completely gone. I check my account and it has the wrong email connected to it. When I try to change it, it says that the new email is already connected to a facebook account..but I'm currently using "facebook connected". I don't know what the problem is but I want to have all my playlists back 😞
