Lost Playlist

Hi, I've tried to report my playlists lost through a number of methods, including the support page and twitter but I haven't had any update or human response.

I've drilled through all the relevant posts and FAQs and similar to this person, there is nothing showing in the recover playlists option of my account. It just seems that my Facebook linked Spotify account, where all my playlists were stored, has been overwritten by my direct Spotify account, which had zero playlists. 

My original support case number is # 01559027 - is anyone able to help?

Did you reply directly to the automated email that case number was in? If not, do that now. 😉

Thanks Peter, I did reply directly advising that I'd checked help, FAQs and forums as they suggested but received no response.

I then raised another case referencing the original asking for further help but still just got the generic one back again. Last resort was Twitter, which to be honest I've never even used before, but 3 tweets sent to @SpotifyCares over the last week have been unanswered.

How long ago did you get in touch the first time?

The first contact was June 28th. Then after receiving no reply to my follow up email, I opened a new case on 20th July. Then I tried to contact via Twitter yesterday, and again this morning.

Weird, let me escalate this to the team to look into for you.
