My Question or Issue

 I lost access to my email, account kwl2108. I can confirm the email address and credit card associated with the account, but I cannot check emails sent to the address. Thus I cannot reset the password through your usual system. I can't seem to even cancel my account with the info I have. Before I call my credit card to have them stopping future payments, could someone please help me with this issue? Thanks
