Lost all my playlist

Lost all my playlist

Hi, recently spotify had an update and ask me to re-start the program. 
I did that and when I login after this all my playlist where deleted or gone I don't know why.
Can anyone help me please ?

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.
