No response from customer support and don't answer questions

Why does it matter what the reason is? It should be deleted when requested. They asked for the details and then just completely ignored the whole thing.

Sorry for the late reply. I did escalate your case. They said they would take a look into your case, which was on May 17th, so I'm guessing your case is resolved by now? 🙂
