Lost my spotify premium

Hi I went on my spotify and got an ad. I have a spotify premium account and automatically pay every month so this shouldn't be possible. Also when I checked with my profile it said free account, get spotify premium:/

Could it be you have more than one Spotify account?

Hi,
I used my facebook to make my spotify account and I know pretty much a 100% sure that's the only one I've ever made. Didn't do anything special with my account as far as I know, also never logged out before.

So I just found out it wasn't on automatic premium renewal, only paid for one month.
Sorry for bothering you, but thx a lot for replying, it did help me in discovering the solution haha.

Just to be sure. Your card hasn't recently expired? Has the most recent payment gone through?
