Problem adding my daughter to my Spotify family

Hi,

i was à Spotify Premium member then decided to move to Spotify family so other 3 family members could use Premium too. No problem for husband and son. However my daughter never bothered clicking on the link but was/is still using my original logon codes. Meaning we keep over-writing each other's access and we "share" my space, with different playlists.  She even deleted mine (which I got back ok). However I'm fed Up! When I got her finally to accept the Spotify Family invitation, Spotify blocks her as "she already has an account". I've looked everywhere to get around this, even creating her a new email address and sent new invitations. I also deleted and re-installed our Spotify. Nothing works. I think Spotify has digitally meshed my daughter and I and confuses us - somehow - with the original main account? Thanks!

Include account information, main account and account desired to be added to the Family subscription.

Thanks, I'll do that. My daughter doesn't have her own account, it was always just my account  and she has been using my own logon codes for ages, but I'll definitely try what you suggest. Thanks for your rapid reply!
