Lost playlists, apps everything.

Lost playlists, apps everything.

I recently did  an update it logged me out, then I logged back in and everything was gone. Playlists, apps etc. I 've tried logging in through this username and facebook but nothing is there.

Hey @kingdomofrust ! Welcome to the community 🙂

The best thing to do is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can help track down your account or see what has gone wrong for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
